Blow Wind High Water

Title Blow Wind High Water
Description Theatre Calgary launches its 50th season with a world premiere written by Sharon Pollock, one of Canada’s most celebrated playwrights and a former Theatre Calgary artistic director. This new play, set in Calgary, is about floods and family. The rivers have overflowed their banks, the water is rising in the city and three generations of Calgarians are trying to keep something meaningful for future generations. This play examines who Calgarians are in a dramatic yet humourous way.
